We can guide you with concepts so you can get a feel for a space. This can rule out costly mistakes before they happen. Or if you are just wanting to see your space in real time measurements so you can see if it will work for you or not.

Creating functional modern bathrooms that you will love starting at $4000 a sqm for concept to creation, with prices increases depending on the scoop of work & inclusions needed and or the quality you are after. Discussing more in depth your needs and style. This is also where we check measurements and requirements for the scope of work you will be needing to complete your job so we can quote accurately.

Multiple bathrooms to be done? For those with multiple bathrooms, each additional bathroom consult is $100 if done at the same time.

Full Home Renovation Consultations $500

At the planning stage of your full home renovation? Have a budget but overwhelmed and not sure where to start? Even if you are not ready to start and need a hand in making the picture a little clearer. These consultations are perfect to pick our brains on what can be done and what are the most cost effective ways to achieve what you are wanting.

With our full home renovation consult, you will have an one on one with Andy and Kristy on site for 120 minutes, where we will be looking at the entire scope of work needed with your home including floorplan ideas and style, two critic elements to confirm before your commence your renovation project.

We will do a full walk through getting a feel for the entire home and discuss your needs as a family. This way we can help you work out what changes you may need to address and in what order it is best to do so.

At the end of your consultation, we will send you an outline on our personal recommendations for your renovation project moving forward and include a rough guideline of estimates for each area of the home according to your needs.

Natural light in the home is important not only for creating a aesthetically pleasing space but boosting mood. And velux skylights are a fantastic way to add that wow factor to your home.

Individual Velux skylights supplied and installed complete with plastering start from around $4000. This price range can vary quite a bit depending on many variants such as structural work (if needed) for placement, heights of roofs, size and functions of the skylight themselves to name a few.

Steps for Your Renovation with Us

Get in contact and we can discuss your needs and budget to see if potentially we are the right team for you. The best contact method for any consultations is via email and then we will schedule a call with you.
To book your consultation in, we take a 50% non refundable deposit. After this is paid times will be scheduled and you will receive a questionnaire to fill out so we can get more of an in depth look at your style and needs so we can prepare how we can best assist you at your consultation. We encourage you to have all questions and or concerns written down prior to the consult so you do not forget anything and can make the most of your time.
After your consultation, depending on your consultation type, you will receive either a detailed quote or for full home renovations, you will receive a rundown email going over how we would tackle your renovation whether we are doing it for you or you decide to take it on yourself as these are more of pick our brains sessions. You can expect this within seven days, or for more detailed jobs, this may be a little longer.
Quotes are valid for 30 days only from the day it is sent. This is due to the rapidly changing costs in the building industry currently. Your quote will have a full detailed outline of dates we can start and expected timelines of your job.
On acceptance of the quote, a Second consultation is booked to view the design and go over selections and locking in start dates. Generally with most renovations we will have a few options available for you to select from and this will be the time you can decide whether you would like any upgrades and additions not included in the initial quote. We always make our selections on trusted brands that we have used and on what will work best for your budget and needs.
Full management and scheduling of all trades for you to ensure we stick to a set timeframe.
For those not wanting a design concept and or selections done for you. Full management, with your design drawn up for you and a list of items that you will need to purchase, will be done for you.

Things that you can expect will adjust these costs that you will need to take into consideration with budgeting and would be on top of prices -

Plumbing or structural changes needed
Major adjustments like new windows etc
Adding second basins, a bath tub etc
Working on second or third stories
Locations outside of our usual working location
Full-height tiles to full rooms
Needing custom vanities etc
Adding any additional design features such as arches, curves etc. These things usually require specialised trades, are more time consuming so prices reflect that.
