The Process of our renovations
Consultation Fees for full Room Renovations
Please note, consultation fees are to ensure we are spending our valuable time with serious potential clients only. For those who are just needing an idea on prices for budgeting but aren’t ready to start please see our price guide to help guide you on budgeting.
Those who go ahead will have their consultation fee deducted from their accepted quote. For those who are needing more in depth design consultations and plans drawn up we have a team that we can call on if required and those prices are not included below.
Bathroom Renovation Consultations $250
Included: 60 minute in person consult on site with Andy & Kristy.
Discussing more in depth your needs and style. This is also where we check measurements and requirements for the scope of work you will be needing to complete your job so we can quote accurately.
Multiple bathrooms to be done?
For those with multiple bathrooms, each additional bathroom consult is $100 if done at the same time.
Kitchen Renovation Consultations $300
Included: 60-90 minute in person consult on site with Andy & Kristy
Discussing more in depth your needs and style. This is also where we check measurements and requirements for the scope of work you will be needing to complete your job so we can quote accurately.
Laundry Renovation Consultations $250
Included: 60 minute consultation in person on site with Andy & Kristy
Full Home Renovation Consultations $500
Included: 150 minute in person consult on site with both Kristy and Andy
At the planning stage of your full home renovation? Overwhelmed and not sure where to start?
Our full home renovation consultations will be looking at the entire scope of work needed with floorplan and style the two most important areas that we will look at with you. We will do a full walk through getting a feel for the entire home so we can help you work out what changes you may need to address and in what order it is best to do so. You can pick our brains and we can guide you on most cost effective and or best layouts. At the end of it, we will send you an outline on our recommendations for your renovation.

Initial contact where we discuss your needs and budget to see if potentially we are the right team for you.
We will send you a questionnaire to fill out so we can get more of an in depth look at your style and needs so we can prepare for your initial consultation.
Initial in person Consultation to discuss your needs and preferences for your renovation where we can get an idea on the scope of work needed for your project. From here you will receive a full detailed quote covering all items needed to complete your bathroom from concept to creation including all trades needed.
On acceptance of quote, a Second consultation is booked to view the design and go over selections and locking in starting dates. At the selection process we will have a few options available for you to select from. Here you can decide whether you would like any upgrades and additions. We always make our selections on trusted brands that we have used before.
Full management and scheduling of all trades for you to ensure we stick to a set timeframe
For those not wanting a design concept and or selections done for you. Full management, with your design drawn up for you and a list of items that you will need to purchase, will be done for you.
Things that you can expect will adjust these costs that you will need to take into consideration with budgeting and would be on top of prices -
Plumbing or structural changes needed
Major adjustments like new windows etc
Adding second basins, a bath tub etc
Working on second or third stories
Locations outside of our usual working location
Full-height tiles to full rooms
Needing custom vanities etc
Adding any additional design features such as arches, curves etc. These things usually require specialised trades, are more time consuming so prices reflect that.
